1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ze9999 platform — whether through the website at ze9999.win or through the ze9999 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ze9999.

4Deposits

ze9999 accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ze9999 does not accept third-party deposits.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. ze9999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of ze9999.

Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 5. Deposits made and subsequently used for wagering are subject to the normal outcome of that wagering activity.

ze9999 reserves the right to request verification of a payment method before processing any withdrawal associated with it. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not a reflection of any suspicion of individual players.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ze9999 are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Withdrawals are issued in PKR to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast-linked account, bank account or card as applicable.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, ze9999 may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves confirming your name, CNIC details and payment method ownership. This is a standard requirement across all online platforms and is required to protect against fraudulent withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. ze9999 aims to process withdrawal requests from its end within the timeframes displayed on the platform. Delays attributable to banks or payment providers are outside ze9999's control.

6Bonuses and Promotions
